How I help our customers win

I understand my customer’s frustrations when their trailer is not operating properly or when you’re stuck on the side of the road in an unsafe situation.

You want to get back out there where you’re making money, and you’re meeting your customer’s needs.

“That’s why I will do whatever I can to help you get the parts you need fast.“

If we don’t have the part you need, I’ll find a local source that does. If it’s a part we don’t typically stock, I’ll ask the distributor to ship it directly to you, which can cut the lead-time in half. I’ll also cross-reference the part to see if it’s something that I can source aftermarket.

I’ll never try to sell you more parts than you need. But I will make sure you have everything you need to fix the repair right the first time.

What I like most about what I do.

I like what do. I’m a girl in what is traditionally understood to be a man’s role, and I see many opportunities within transportation. Every day I’m learning something new, doing something different, and expanding my opportunities.

And I enjoy getting to know my customers, understanding their niche in the transportation industry, and learning things like where they like to travel or their favorite sports teams. The relationships go beyond business for me.

How I got into this role.

I started my career in auto parts supply as a full-time manager while going to college. That’s when my interest in the automotive industry grew.

I was introduced to Utility Keystone when I moved into the truck leasing business. I grew close to their employees, came to all the events, and decided this is a company I want to be a part of.

I’ve been with the team for several years, and I’m so glad I took that leap.

What I do in my spare time.

Outside of work, I love going to car shows, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and I’m a big Pittsburgh Penguins fan. And I like wrenching on vehicles probably as much as the next guy.
