- Takes pressurized air from the tank air supply, travels along the air supply line to a filter
- Air is filtered through a self-draining filter to remove any impurities
- Passes thru the control regulator
- Air is moved through the rotary union, to the hoses, and into the tires
- PSI can be set from 95-110 psi

- Meritor has a green thru tee that runs through the outside of the hubcap.
The Hendrickson TIREMAAX®
The Hendrickson automatic tire pressure control system provides constant pressure with active inflation, relieving to prevent overinflation due to temperature change and equalizing tire pressure between every tire on the trailer.
- It has its own control box
- Draws from the trailers air supply
- PSI can be set between 95-110 psi.
How to identify the Hendrickson TIREMAAX® Tire Inflation System
- Look for tire hoses that enter the sides of the hubcap.
