Trailer Service Estimator
I find the right solutions to customers’ trailer repair projects with accurate assessments to get them back on the road quickly.
What I do for my customers.
I strive to create a smooth process for our customers. That means helping to facilitate the process with insurance companies and decal companies and assisting with transportation of their trailer with pick up and drop off.
Provide options with repair quotes.
Fabricating some components in-house can help get you back out on the road quicker than waiting for parts to arrive, without affecting the longevity of your trailer.
For example, a lead-time for a new bottom rail might be two months. We could fix your existing bottom rail, avoiding the part’s two-month lead-time. Or rather than wait four to six months for a new fifth wheel plate, we can offer a universal fifth wheel plate and install it much quicker.
Help facilitate the process.
I work closely with insurance companies, decal companies, and all our vendors to get you back out on the road as quickly as possible. In addition, I work with many parts vendors to find the right part, with speedy lead times for delivery, and I assist with transportation of your trailer with pick up and drop off.
Provide an honest assessment of repairs.
My goal is to save you money and save you from having problems down the road. So, I take the time to evaluate the damage and determine if the repair makes sense.
For example, if you’re requesting a completely new roof, but we’ve determined the floor has significant damage, I might advise you to patch the roof for now and consider replacing the trailer in a year or so.
My Experience:
I’ve been in the semi-trailer business for 20 years, starting out selling trailer parts then worked our service department providing repair estimates. So I know how to fix your trailer, and I know the parts needed for the job.
