How do I help our customers win?
I repair our customer’s damaged semi-trailers with quality workmanship, from side panel repair, roof repair, nose rail replacement to liftgate repair, electrical diagnostics, and DOT inspections.
My customers receive the same high-quality standard of repair work on the road as in our Utility Service department.
I don’t leave until the repair is done right. And, when it looks nice going down the road, you know it was a good repair.
Regular communication with my customers is essential. For example, letting them know what I’m working on and any additional items that I see which should be fixed. Also, when possible, I’ll provide options to give customers flexibility in the repair quotes.
What I love most about what I do.
It’s something different every day—the satisfaction of a finished product.
I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with fixing something that is damaged. I also enjoy developing relationships with my customers.
How I got into this role.
I had been in the automotive industry for 20 years when a current Utility employee told me how great the company was to work for.
So I applied to work at Utility Keystone and started in the shop for a year before going on the road as a service tech.
What I do in my spare time?
I spend most of my time with my family and kids, going to sporting events and school activities.
