Mobile Trailer Technician
My customers know they can count on me with any issue they have and that the repair to their trailer will be high quality, done right the first time.
How do I help our customers win?
Taking time to ensure their trailer is safe on the road is important to me. I ask myself, “would I feel safe following behind this trailer in my motorcycle?”
So, I’m picky when it comes to my work and my welds. I will always verify the integrity of all my repairs and perform strength tests on my welds.
And I take time to do the extras, like a little extra cleaning before welding, straightening bent cross members to ensure a better weld, and alerting my customers of additional issues I see that could cause problems.
I give our customers a realistic expectation for completing the work on their trailer, giving them a start and completion date.
What I love most about what I do.
I love that I get to work by myself, being my own boss, and being accountable.
I like knowing my customers count on me for quality repairs. When my customers ask for me specifically, I know I’m doing a good job and have satisfied customers.
How I got into this role
I began my career in a fleet repair facility working on tractors and trailers. After talking with coworkers who went to Utility, I later came to work at Utility Keystone. I knew immediately I had made the right decision.
What I do in my spare time?
I do a lot in my spare time. I ride Motocross, UTV trail riding, drag racing with my car, go to car and truck shows, and RVing.
