How I help our customers win
It’s my goal to make my customers happy with a trailer repair that meets their needs – a repair that won’t cost them money down the road and will be safe and last.
I minimize drivers’ downtime by working efficiently and completing repairs promptly. But, I don’t’ cut corners, and we guarantee our repairs.
What I love most about what I do.
I love knowing that after I’ve completed a repair on a trailer that it’s done right, and that repair will last a long time. I am confident my customers will be happy and won’t have any issues later.
How I got into this role.
I always enjoyed working on cars and bikes and anything that needed fixing.
While working for a trucking company, Utility Keystone supplied our trailer parts. Then, I learned that Utility is an employee-focused company, and I decided to join the Utility team in 2020.
What I do in my spare time
I spend time with my twin boys, camping and playing basketball together. I also enjoy working on jet skis or motorcycles in my garage.
