I first ask lots of questions to understand every detail of what your need is, and what you’re looking for.
With that detailed information and honest conversation about quality, price, and product, I can find you the right piece of equipment, and at a price you’re looking for.
I also like to make sure that I follow up with my customer’s every need and request. People want to know that I heard them and that I care.
To help my customers feel valued and appreciated, I follow up promptly and never leave them feeling like they’re left hanging with unanswered questions. It’s important to me, and I know it is to my customers.
What I like most about what I do.
I’m a competitive person and I like talking to people. I like talking to people about, well, just about anything.
I like setting goals, like finding the right piece of equipment my customers are looking for at the right price. Shaking my customer’s hand and seeing them walk out of the door knowing they got what they wanted and are happy – That’s what it’s all about.
How I got into this role.
One of the owners here at Utility Keystone asked me to consider coming to work for them. I left the company I was with for 28 years to take this opportunity to help customers in the equipment industry with the same focused attention and detail follow-up.
It was a great decision and a great move. I love helping people find equipment based on their needs and within their budget.
What I to do in my spare time.
I’m a football fan – mostly college and high school. I love deep-sea fishing and hanging out with my friends, just chilling on the weekends.
I’m looking forward to soon having a new hobby. Three of my daughters were married just last year – Hopefully, I’ll soon have a new grandchild or two.
