How I Help My Customers Win.
I want to know how their day is going. And if they’re having a bad day, try to take away some of the stress they might be feeling by helping them solve a problem they are dealing with.
The truck driving business can be fast-paced, and I learned that getting our customers exactly what they need to fix their trailer quickly is important to them. When I do that for my customers, I earn their trust, and I know they’ll contact me again when they have a need.
What I like most about what I do.
I was a customer of the Utility parts department for eight years, and as a customer, you get to know the people and the company and develop relationships.
I’ve always had great experiences as a customer, and now as a team member, I know it’s real, and it’s company-wide. The atmosphere at Utility and the people are great.
How I got into this role.
I was in the construction industry for ten years. The long days of pouring concrete rarely allowed me time with my two little girls. I was missing out on a lot and knew I needed to find something new.
So, I moved into parts sales with a local truck shop, and over eight years I grew to know and love the people at Utility Keystone and decided to join the UKTS parts team.
What I do in my spare time.
I enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping.
Every year we do a father-daughter backpacking campout with a friend for an extended weekend – hiking, fishing, hunting. It’s a special time.
