How I help our customers win
It’s about being available and going the extra mile, like delivering parts after hours so our customer is not waiting until the next day or over the weekend.
It’s also about providing answers, finding the part at the right price, and delivering it in a timely fashion.
What I like most about what I do.
I like being involved in the entire process of getting our customers what they need to get back on the road.
It’s important that our customers know when they can expect their parts to arrive. That information alone can help relieve some of their stress.
How I got into this role.
I started with Utility as a parts driver, where I began building relationships with many of our customers, and it was great training for my new role as a parts counter representative.
What I do in my spare time.
I enjoy drag racing my car and going to sporting events, and spending time with my wife and our 6 year old boxer is my life.
