Purpose of Position

To be responsible for supporting business strategies with the creation and implementation of internal and external technology as well as devising IT policies and systems to support the strategies set by the Leadership Team.

Position Requirements

Key Roles: LMA, Network Admin, Communication, Training, Process.


  • Education – BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus or 8 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, or governmental regulations. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Experience in controlling an information technology budget.
  • Computer Skills – Sound understanding of computer systems. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems. Able to navigate and become familiar with different software.
  • Leadership Skills- Team leadership experience managing staff and information systems

  • Knowledge of Hybrid Active Directory Environments (On Prem/Azure AD).
  • Operational knowledge of MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MS Office 365.
  • Experience supporting VPN remote access (SonicWall).
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Application Development knowledge (PHP, C#).
  • Knowledge of basic Git functions.
  • Basic Experience with containerization (Docker).
  • Experience working with Crystal Reports.

Essential Duties

  • Oversee computer network & technology operations and evaluate them according to short & long-term goals set by the Leadership Team.
  • Lead successful implementation of new technology and business intelligence initiatives for the company.
  • Supervision of technology staff, including managing IT projects & lifecycles.
  • Operationalize IT processes across the company.
  • Lead the business into the most effective and efficient use of the dealer management system.
  • Company-wide training on IT, including onboarding and continuing education.
  • Involved in purchasing efficient & cost-effective technology-related items.
  • Oversee contracts, service level agreements, and relationships with key IT suppliers and providers.
  • Work with IT staff to identify the need for upgrades & new systems to report to the Leadership Team.
  • Document policies, procedures, and manuals related to IT.
  • Stay well-informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist employees in creating customized reports.
  • Control, develop and manage the budget for all IT-related items.
  • Assist with troubleshooting systems and hardware.
